Apple never stop to reinvent innovative new products. Yes this new ipod shuffle from Apple, a new born model super mini. The size of this model is only half from the old.
Even have a smaller size when compared with the AA batteries, iPod is cool enough. Yeah, I’m not so sure about this device. I can’t help but feel that apple is screwing over costumers that might not want to use their dinky little ear buds. Reminds me too much of Sony and their horribly properitary electronics. Shame on you apple… Shame.

wow, this is cool!!! I have my old Ipod mini which is big and can only carry 1000 song but with this one, it looks like it's just as big as a lipstick and can store the same amount of song. I need to have this Ipod. Thanks for sharing.

the problem is not in ipod, the problem is it's headphones, ear starts to hurt after awhile,
for that i loved the sony ericsson headphones, ear's don't hurt even after hours of listening to songs..
It was smaller even than any of the thumb drives. It was absolutely not recommended by anyone because its hardly to know and you can easily lost it.

i was first tempted to say that 4g isn't enough but then i looked at the sizes,it's not small it's very small regarding to it's specs

Seems to me that Apple now wants to grab the maximum market. People have named all mp3 players as iPod and this one is showing how popular is this one.

I just bought the new MBP unibody and i have to say, the age of "PC computers" designed for speed, space and power is over long ago. With the introduction of online gaming consoles featuring multiplayer there is no need for advanced gaming machines. Now it's all about style and usability……………that's why Apple is a head of the curve………i would buy this shuffle in a heart beat if i didn't have this lappy to pay for. Also, has anybody noticed how tiny all the touch pads are on your average joe laptop? Good god………designed for baby hands.

I saw one of these in the Apple store the other week can couldn't believe how small it was – almost too small. It is much better looking (and feeling) than the previous gen shuffle, mainly due to its aluminium design. Nice to see some bigger memory versions of the shuffle as well, making it easier to use as a portable alongside your regular iPod.
That's cool, I don't whether they have any idea of making it any smaller but I think this is really small enough as if it will just vanish if they keep on making it smaller
I have just recently bought this 4 gig mini and I think it is a good purchase. The ability to “speak” the track and artist is very nice and makes it even more accessible than prior models. It is a pretty rugged model considering; it holds up to punishment better than you might think. I’ve even used the mini during scenario paintball events (running the wire under my paintball mask), so I’ve done some rugged testing on these guys. And I don’t have to fuddle with a touch screen or a menu either, I keep my finger on the trigger!

I love shuffles- even though I continue to break them or my son drops in the water or something =/ The prices have come down drastically too (and, they come in pink!)

Aww the new shuffle is soo cute but I have to have a screen. I think this will be a good starter for younger children and then graduate them to a ipod nano or some other ipod.
